PockyDoc expressly disclaims any warranties or guarantees of absolute security. The Platform and its systems may remain susceptible to unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other forms of security breaches. The User further acknowledges and agrees that it is their sole responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect their personal information. PockyDoc shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, hacking incidents, or data loss, whether arising directly or indirectly. The User agrees to access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PockyDoc, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, or protection of personal information, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. PockyDoc’s entire and aggregate liability to the User under and in relation to the policy or otherwise shall not exceed the greater of price or value of the Product of Service, if any, paid by you to PockyDoc under the relevant order to which the cause of action for the liability arises.
User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the personal information they provide to PockyDoc. Users are also responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and maintaining the security of their accounts. PockyDoc shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of personal information resulting from the User’s failure to comply with security measures or their responsibilities.
