Consent for Background Verification

Cancellation for PockyDoc is governed by following terms

I hereby give my free, informed, and unambiguous consent to PockyDoc Private Limited (“PockyDoc”), and their respective affiliated entities or third parties to collect, process, store, and share my personal information and supporting documents, including but not limited to:

1. conducting verifications and background checks, including but not limited to ID verification, address verification, court/police record checks, education/employment verification, reference checks, global database checks, credit history checks, etc., as applicable,
2. fetching my data from various Government and non-Government sources,
3. storing information on PockyDoc’s secure digital platforms,
4. reading/writing information, reports, testimonials, and references, and uploading documents on PockyDoc’s digital platforms
5. updating information and uploading documents on PockyDoc’s digital platforms,
6. performing other related services on PockyDoc’s digital platforms,

for the purpose of conducting background verification and/or reference checks based on my personal information provided by me at the time of the onboarding process at PockyDoc’s platform.

I authorize PockyDoc to securely store my digital records, verification reports, and reference-related data (collectively, the “Information”) on its digital platforms, and acknowledge that PockyDoc will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of such Information.

I understand that my Information will be made accessible to PockyDoc and its duly authorized representatives, partners, affiliates, and contractors for the aforementioned purposes. These parties may access, update, or append my employment records and references on the PockyDoc digital platforms, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

I further understand that my personal information will not be shared with or made available to any third parties beyond the aforesaid purposes unless separate, explicit consent for such access has been taken by PockyDoc. I retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of my digital records stored on PockyDoc’s digital platforms at any time by contacting PockyDoc via email at privacy@pockydoc.com with the subject line: “My Data, My Privacy”.

This consent is being provided digitally by me, voluntarily, and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable Indian laws and upon written notice to PockyDoc.
